Quotes and orders

Website forms are enquiries and do not create an order or require payment. A quote describes the agreed product, quantity, customisation, timing, delivery and price. An order is accepted only when LayerPrintX confirms acceptance and any agreed payment requirements are met.

Design files, artwork and permissions

You must own or have permission to manufacture any 3D model, logo, name, artwork or other material supplied for a quote or order. By uploading a model file, you confirm that LayerPrintX may inspect and use it solely to assess, quote and fulfil the requested manufacturing service. Customer files are not made publicly available. LayerPrintX may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise unsuitable.

Customer-supplied models

Submitting a model does not guarantee that it can be manufactured as supplied. LayerPrintX may recommend orientation, supports, material, geometry or other production changes after the printability review. Any agreed change, specification and price will be confirmed before manufacturing begins.

Design approval

You are responsible for checking supplied names, numbers, spelling, colours and design details before approving production. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing.

3D-printed finish and colour

Fine layer lines and small variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing. Screen colours and reference artwork can differ from physical filament. Exact colour matching is not promised unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Custom products and cancellation

Many products are made to an agreed specification or personalised. Cancellation rights may differ once custom production has begun. Any applicable cancellation arrangements are confirmed before payment; statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Safety and intended use

No toy-safety, medical or therapeutic certification is claimed. Small components may not be suitable for young children. Tell us about the intended use and any relevant safety requirement before ordering.

Payment and VAT

Payment method and timing are confirmed with the quote. LayerPrintX is not VAT registered, so no VAT amount or VAT number is added to an order.
