Delivery is included in the quote

Because LayerPrintX products are custom and quote-led, the delivery method, destination and cost are confirmed before payment. A delivery postcode helps us prepare an accurate quote.

Production and delivery time

Production timing is agreed for the specific order and is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Any target date should be included in the quote request so feasibility can be checked before the order is accepted.

Delivery address

Please check that the delivery details supplied for an order are complete and accurate. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays or delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing, email [email protected] with the order details so the delivery can be investigated.
