Custom and made-to-order products

Many LayerPrintX products are personalised or made to an agreed specification. Cancellation rights can differ for personalised or made-to-order goods, so any applicable cancellation arrangements are confirmed before payment.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from the agreed specification, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs where practical.

Normal 3D-printed characteristics

Fine layer lines and small variations are normal features of 3D printing and are not necessarily faults. Relevant colour, finish and design expectations are discussed before production.

Returning an item

Please do not send an item back without contacting LayerPrintX first. We will review the issue and confirm the appropriate next step and return details where a return is required.
